The Insitute hopes that all had a Merry Christmas, and would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year for 2022. The Pandemic once again has resulting in the club needing to shutdown for a while, but we all hope to be back on the mats before too long.
In the meantime, hopefully all have a safe start to the year!
